I appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities, as well as the TV and reliable wifi signal. The hotel's central location made it easy to access all the main attractions and bus routes, including the tour buses. The bar and lounge area, spanning two levels, was comfortable and inviting. The staff, especially Adam and Monty, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite throughout my stay. They truly made me feel welcome and taken care of.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. It made it super easy to explore both the old town and Princes Street. Plus, being across the road from the train station was a major convenience. No noisy trains though, surprisingly! And the view from our room on the 6th floor was simply breathtaking. The only downside was not having a choice of a room with a view. We booked last minute so it wasn't a big deal for us, but if you're particular about that, make sure to ask in advance.
